SOLIHULL rapper Lady Leshurr featured as Radio One’s track of the day on today (Wednesday).

Melesha O’Garro’s latest instalment of Queen’s Speech part four has had divided response on the station with many people taking to social networking sites to comment on the track which talks about brushing your teeth among other things.

One person said ‘I’m a dental hygienist and I will be rocking this tune in my surgery’ while another added ‘it’s terrible, 30 seconds of the phrase ‘brush your teeth’ – are you for real’. Someone else said

‘I want to hate it, but I can’t’.

On the artist’s Youtube it said Queen’s Speech was a freestyle track made ‘just for the bants’.

The 27-year-old artist played one of the lead female roles in Vertigo Films’ 2009 critically acclaimed movie 1 Day.

She also won second place in the Best Female category of the Official Mixtape Awards 2011 and in June, 2011 launched her own record label, Gutter Strut Recordings, in partnership with her manager.
