THE EASTER bunny arrived early at Solihull Hospital last Thursday as players from Solihull Moors Football Club paid a visit to the children’s outpatient department to deliver a huge stash of Easter eggs.
Players from the club were shown around the department and even had a go on the interactive floor projector.
A spokesperson from the hospital said: “A big thank you to the team’s fabulous fans for donating the chocolate.”
The Solihull Moors Foundation managed to collect over 1,000 Easter eggs which have been given to Solihull Hospital’s children’s outpatients and Helping Hands at the Renewal Centre in Solihull, as well as local care homes and food banks.
The visit brought smiles to the department, helping to make Easter that little bit sweeter.
