Solihull Metro Bank appeals for donations for homeless this Christmas

Solihull Editorial 13th Dec, 2022   0

METRO Bank’s Solihull store is collecting donations in store to help support Helping Hands Foodbank as part of its Christmas Community Campaign to spread the warmth this winter.

Solihull residents and businesses can donate non-perishable food, toiletries and household items to help feed the most vulnerable at the High Street store.

The Bank is also accepting financial donations to help keep storehouse levels high as with increased cost of living foodbanks are running very low.

“As a community bank we want to really help those most in need this Christmas and spread the warmth this winter,” said Solihull Metro Bank Store Manager, Kulvinder Dhanda.

“We would encourage everyone to give a little this Christmas – even one tin can make a difference. I want to thank everyone in advance for their generous support.”

All donations are welcome at Metro Bank’s Solihull store located at 119 High Street, Solihull B91 3SR. The store is open Monday – Saturday: 8.30am – 6pm. Sunday: 11am – 5pm.
