A SOLIHULL man has been handed a community order after admitting fly-tipping in Acocks Green in June 2021.
CCTV footage showed the 33-year-old leaving a skip full of waste in Victoria Road.
He was given a 12 month community order and fined £200 at Birmingham Magistrate’s Court.
Birmingham City Council said: “With evidence we will always prosecute environmental criminals.
“We would encourage anyone to report fly-tipping.”
