A SOLIHULL man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in Dorset.
Dorset Police said the 29-year-old was arrested on January 30 following continued enquiries about the crashed that occurred in June 2023.
A Nissan Micra and a Lexus GS300 crashed and the driver of the Nissan Micra died at the scene.
The force added: “He has now been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, causing death by driving whilst disqualified, causing death by driving a vehicle with no insurance or where the driver is unlicensed and fraudulent use of a registration mark.”
The man was due to appear at Poole Magistrate’s Court today (February 1).
