A SOLIHULL man has been arrested after a number of indecent exposures in a park.

Police appealed for information following three separate reports of a man exposing himself in Babbs Mill Park, Solihull.

The 28-year-old was arrested on February 21 and taken into police custody on suspicion of indecent exposure.

The alleged incidents took place between 5.15pm and 7pm on February 19.

West Midlands Police thanked everyone who shared the appeal and contacted them with information.

Detective Inspector Nick Barnes, from force CID, said: “We’ve had a great response to our appeal and the arrest we have made is thanks to additional information received from the public.

“I want to thank the community for their response to our appeal, which has been fantastic.

“Although the arrest is a positive step forward our investigation into this string of incidents continues. I’d like to encourage anyone with information to come forward if they haven’t already done so.”
