SOLIHULL Lions have thanked Silhillians for their donations to support Ukraine.
Club members carried out a bucket collection around Mell Square to raise funds for those who have been forced to flee their homes following the Russian invasion.
A whopping £845 was raised on the day which the club said it would top up to £1,000.
Solihull Lions president Stephen Walker thanked the public for their amazing generosity and the funds have been included in the Lions International Appeal for Ukraine.
