A CYCLING charity is expanding its sessions in order to raise much needed money to keep up with demand.
Wheels For All is a charity based at the Tudor Grange Leisure Centre, using the Norman Green athletics track.
Its main objective is to provide opportunities for accessible cycling with maximum inclusivity in a safe environment.
They have a range of bicycles and adapted cycles to enable anyone and everyone to be involved with the cycling session.
Users can be able bodied or have a physical disability, poor mental health, learning disability or a simple lack of confidence.
In January, this year, the charity received a National Lottery funded grant of almost £77,000, which will be matched by the charity’s own resources to fund an ambitious growth plan.
A Wheels For All spokesperson said: “We are determined to increase participation for all in the benefits and sheer fun of cycling.
“The Lottery grant will help us make this a reality.
“We are extremely pleased and grateful for their support.”
