CELEBRATIONS are in order as a Solihull technology businesses has been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing.
Wise, a self-employment company has been ranked in the top-25 companies on the prestigious list which has been curated by employee specialist, Great Place To Work.
The ranking was established using rigorous metrics and data from answers employees gave to questions about their overall wellbeing and work/life balance, as well as the company’s culture and inclusivity.
An anonymous survey revealed that all of those surveyed at the Wise team said they were made to feel welcome from the moment they joined and felt they can be their true selves in the workplace.
And 96 per cent of those also agreed that they look forward to coming to work each day and feel encouraged to balance their work life with their personal life.
