A SOLIHULL charity which helps refugees and asylum seekers has been given a helping hand to tackle fuel poverty.
ENTRAIDE (Mutual Aid) has been handed £2,210 from Western Power Distribution, the electricity distributor from its ‘Community Matters’ fund.
The funds will allow ENTRAIDE (Mutual Aid) to provide support for refugees and vulnerable migrants to escape fuel poverty.
Felix Kupay, founder and chairman at ENTRAIDE says: “We’d like to say a big thank you to Western Power Distribution.
“The funding will enable us to provide sustainable advice and support to refugees and vulnerable migrants in Solihull and the surrounding area to escape fuel poverty during this winter.”
