Solihull care home opens its doors

A NEW Solihull care home opened its’ doors to visitors.

Blossomfield Rose, in Blossomfield Park welcomed more than 200 guests over two days, to showcase its state-of-the-art facilities and community focused design.

Among the guests from the across the borough included Solihull Council’s deputy leader, Councillor Karen Grinsell and Silhill conservative Councillor, Peter Hogarth.

Visitors were given a chance to look around the communal areas, green spaces, gym and wellness suite, cinema and arts room, hairdressing and beauty salon, library and reflection areas at the home.




Sonia Tenniswood, commissioning manager at Blossomfield Rose, said: “I am delighted with how our open days went, the support was incredible and I want to thank everyone that came along – prospective guests, their families, local Councillors and businesses.

“It has shown us how much the home will be a welcome addition to the local community.


“The feedback has been nothing but positive – comments such as “exquisite decor” and “it feels like a stately home” were just some of the amazing reactions from our visitors.

“I’m glad they feel the same way about the home as we do, it’s truly a place to be proud of.”
