TO support the local community, Barchester’s Fountains Care Home in Shirley has teamed up with local financial and legal professionals to launch a free afternoon advice clinic.
Taking place on January 17 from 4pm to 6pm, the session will cover advice on care home funding and the care fee cap, how to plan ahead, wills and Power of Attorney, who pays care fees and what help is available and the options with regards to paying care fees.
The session will offer a chance to meet people and get help, advice and support in future-proofing yours or a loved one’s future.
General Manager, Kim Dean, said: “We are only too happy to welcome people from our local community to Fountains in order to support them with all different kinds of advice and help they may require.
“We hope the afternoon will be a huge success, and we can help many people along the way with questions they may have.”
