AFTER a year away preparations are under way for the 18th annual Solihull Beer Festival this weekend (October 6 and 7) at Solihull Royal British Legion.
In addition to a range of over 40 interesting and unusual ales, there will be plenty of entertainment, with live music on Saturday afternoon and evening.
Opening times are noon till 11pm both days.
Solihull CAMRA chairman Carl Wright added “This year we will be supporting Acorns Children’s Hospice, to which any unused beer tokens can be donated.
“We look forward to seeing visitors at the festival, and we’re sure they will all have a great time this year.”
Entry to the festival (18’s and over only) is £10, including a refundable souvenir glass, festival programme, and £5 of beer tokens.
CAMRA members also pay £10 but will receive an extra £1 of beer tokens.
