BUSINESSES across Solihull have announced they are set to close their doors or have alternate opening hours as a mark of respect for Queen Elizabeth on Monday, September 19.
Supermarkets, cinemas, bank, estate agents and toy shops are among those set to close the doors in honour of the Queen’s funeral.
In Solihull these include:
Asda – stores will be open from 5pm
Aldi
Lidl
Morrisons – closing for 4 hours Including online click & collect)
Marks and Spencer
Sainsbury’s – including online groceries – some Sainsbury’s convenience stores and petrol stations will be open from 5pm to 10pm
Tesco – larger stores will close, including online, smaller Express shops will open at 5pm
