STUNNING artwork thanking police for their work in Shirley has been created by a group of Rainbows.
West Midlands Police were sent some drawings from 2nd Shirley Rainbows group as part of their work on people who help in their day-to-day lives.
As part of the session the girls created artwork to thank police officers for their work in the community.
West Midlands Police said: “We’re grateful for the kind gesture and wanted to share our appreciation with the group for taking the time to share the pictures with us.
“Engaging with young people and helping them understand the role of the police is an important part of our work.
“Activities like this help build trust and show how we can work together to keep communities safe.”
