THE first homes have been released for sale at a new housing development in Shirley – after going on sale early due to high demand.
Bellway brought forward the release of its first phase of properties at Lucas Green, off Dog Kennel Lane, after being inundated with enquiries from prospective purchasers.

A selection of two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses are available, with prices starting from £239,500.
More homes will be released onto the market in the autumn when a sales office will open at the development.
Bellway is building 76 homes on the site, which was previously occupied by Lucas Engineering and is part of a wider proposed scheme of 260 homes.
The homes at Lucas Green will include two-bedroom apartments as well as three, four and five-bedroom houses.
