SOLIHULL’S ‘African Paradise’ has announced it is closing down.
Akamba has welcomed visitors to its tropical jungle for the past 13 years and will close its doors one last time on Sunday (October 6).
The centre made the announcement on Facebook and urged customers to head along to the Tythe Barn Lane site for its closing down sale.
Chris and the team wrote: “We regret to say this weekend October 5 and 6 we have to say goodbye to Akamba as it will be closing its doors one last time!!
“Come along at 10am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday for The Big Akamba Memorabilia Sale!!
“Take home a piece of history and keep good memories of this wonderful place.
“Come and say goodbye you will be very welcome.”
