RESIDENTS from Fountains care home in Shirley were thrilled to be invited along to Woodlands Infant School leavers assembly.
A varied life enrichment programme keeps residents active, and provides a daily choice of engaging physical, mental and spiritual activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities and includes engaging with our local community.
Kim Dean, general manager at Fountains said: “What a fantastic treat for our residents, to be invited by woodlands infant school, to watch the Year 2’s leavers show.
“It was a great performance, our residents really enjoyed the experience.
“Margaret, reminisced about her early days as being a teacher, she was looking forward to seeing the show and enjoyed the pupils performances immensely.”
