SWEET choral music filled Solihull Hospital thanks to Tudor Grange Academy Yew Tree Choir.
The school choir performed a number of songs in aid of Solihull Hospital Charity.
Staff from Howden Solihull collected £200.70 through bucket collections during the performance.
Every pound raised will be matched by Howden, doubling the impact for Solihull Hospital Charity.
The charity plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience, funding additional equipment, specialist services and improvements to the hospital environment.
Catherine O’Donoghue, principal of Tudor Grange Primary Academy Yew Tree, said: “The wonderful choir at Tudor Grange Primary Academy Yew Tree has been eagerly preparing to share their voices with the community at the local hospital.
“This performance is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the skills they’ve honed with the guidance of Miss Williams and Mrs Turner, while supporting such a meaningful and worthy cause.”
Collette Eccleston, senior insurance consultant at Howden said: “Solihull Hospital Charity makes a real difference to patients and their families, and we’re proud to help amplify the efforts of Tudor Grange Academy’s talented choir.
“By matching donations, we hope to make this festive event even more meaningful and ensure the charity can continue its incredible work.”
