KNOWLE and Dorridge Round Table is inviting residents and vistors alike to wet their whistles at their annual beer festival.
Featuring a wide range of beers, ciders and perries from local breweries and those further afield, the beer festival will take place from Friday, March 18 to Saturday, March 19.
Rugby fans need not panic, as all three of the Six Nations matches – including the 8pm England game – will be shown live on a big screen.
Jim Sanders, this year’s festival chairman and member of Knowle and Dorridge Round Table, said: “After four years of increasingly successful beer festivals, I’m sure that this year’s will be as popular as ever and will continue to raise funds for the Round Table to support charities and local good causes.
“With the rugby, quality ales and hot and cold snacks, I know that this is where I’d want to enjoy a drink with friends.”
Admission for the festiva is £10 and includes a souvenir glass, a beer guide and £5 worth of beer tokens.
Round Table and Camra members will once again receive an extra £1 beer token.
The Knowle and Dorridge beer festival will be held at the Royal British Legion, Knowle, and will be open from 6.30pm on March 18 and from midday on Saturday, March 19.
