Residents invited to join Solihull Wellbeing Day

COPING and managing mental health stresses during lockdown will be the focus of a virtual wellbeing event this weekend.

Tri Wellness, a Solihull based holistic wellbeing clinic has teamed up with Solihull Bid as part of their ‘Emerge Stronger Solihull’ campaign to host Solihull Wellbeing Day.

There will be a number of professional-lead classes including meditation, cooking and a family dance session held from 8.30am until 9pm on March 6 on Zoom.

At the end of each session there will be the chance to speak with those leading the question – on hand there will be a personal trainer, a world champion dancer and a nutritionist.




Beth Mannion, from Tri Wellness, said: “This last year has shown us to expect the unexpected, however this can leave many people stressed, anxious or even worried about the future.

“All our classes and webinars aim to provide tools and techniques for individuals to start supplementing into their everyday routines, which will support within the adaptability and resilience required for all of us over the upcoming stages before ‘normality’.”


The day is part of Solihull Bid’s Emerge Stronger Solihull campaign aimed at helping the borough recovery from the pandemic and support residents who have been affected by it.

Beth added: “Our Solihull wellbeing day fits in perfectly, trying to support the local community’s health, in a day full of fun and interactive sessions lead by professionals in various fields of healthcare.

“We aim to educate people on how they can implement these healthy habits into their everyday life so we can ‘emerge stronger together’ and become the best versions of ourselves.”
