VETERANS and dignitaries in Knowle paid tribute to servicemen and women with a special flag raising service on Armed Forces Day.
Flags were raised outside the Royal British Legion following a minute’s silence
Armed Forces Day is held in June every year and enables residents to show their support for servicemen and women and appreciation for the tough jobs they do on a daily basis.
