FATHER CHRISTMAS was joined by some special helpers on his rounds in Acocks Green.
Pupils from Ninestiles, an Academy joined Acocks Green Lions International Charity volunteers going door to door, helping to collect donations and spreading kindness with every visit.
The charity, which raises funds each year to support individuals and families in need across both the local and wider community, invited Ninestiles learners to join their annual Christmas collection.
This year’s campaign focused on offering support, warmth, and a little extra joy to those who may be facing difficulties during the holiday season.
The event featured a brightly lit Christmas sleigh, festive music, and an atmosphere full of goodwill.
They raised £269.50 on the round.
Alex Hughes, principal at Ninestiles, an Academy said: “We are incredibly proud of our learners for embracing this opportunity with such enthusiasm.
“Their commitment to supporting our community at Christmas reflects the values we promote at Ninestiles.
“It has been wonderful to see them develop new skills while making a real difference to others.”
