BUDDING university students spent the day in the life of a Keble College student at the University of Oxford.
The 14 pupils from Lyndon School had a tour of the college and of Oxford itself, before enjoying their lunch in the Great Hall as part of the college’s outreach programme.
They were given information about the history of Keble College and what career paths are open to Oxford graduates.
Abid Butt, headteacher at Lyndon said: “It was great to these learners to take a trip to the University of Oxford and spend a day in the shoes of an undergraduate.
“We want our young people to aim high and it was especially helpful for a former Lyndon attendee to show them around and demonstrate what they can achieve.”
Keble College is home to more than 800 students and is one of the biggest colleges at the University of Oxford.
