Presley the polar bear is back at Touchwood

CUDDLY polar bear Presley is making tracks to Touchwood in Solihull in his quest for warmth.

Presley is calling on children to help create a hat and scarf to keep him warm during the festive season.

Ahead of his return this November, Touchwood is inviting school children to help crochet a scarf and hat to take pride of place on Presley.

Participants are asked to crochet a patch, which will be sewn together to make a colourful hat and scarf set for Presley, for all to see.

Marketing manager Lucy Burnett said: “Presley has sat at the heart of our Christmas celebrations for the past couple of years and we thought it would be fun for local school children to be able to start getting into the seasonal spirit and help keep him warm. We encourage all local schools to get in touch to find out how they can participate.”
