POLICE officers from Solihull thanked members of the public for helping reunite this dog with its owner.
Members from the Shirley Police Neighbourhood Team said the pet had ‘taken himself for a walk’ on Sunday evening.
And they confirmed he was back safe and sound at home.
The officers also thanked Willow Vets in Solihull which temporarily housed him whilst they located the owner.
