Police hunting gunman after 15-year-old boy and man shot in Olton

A GUNMAN who shot a 15-year-old boy and a man in broad daylight in Olton is being hunted by police.

Police say the teenager and a 35-year-old man received leg injuries on Warwick Road at around 4.30pm on Saturday (May 11) and were taken to hospital.

West Midlands Police said: “The attack is thought to be deliberately targeted and both victims were taken to hospital for treatment to leg injuries, which are described as not life threatening or life changing.

“The offender made off in a vehicle.”
