Police appeal after robbery at Balsall Common bookies

POLICE want to speak to this man in connection with an armed robbery at a bookmakers in Balsall Common earlier this month.

A member of staff was threatened with a knife and forced to hand over a quantity of cash at William Hill Bookmakers on Station Road.

It happened at around 6.30pm on July 17 and no-one else was inside the premises.

The worker was left shaken but unhurt.
