SPORTING pupils at Tidbury Green School welcomed Perry the bull to assembly.
The Dickens Heath Road school was chosen from over a thousand schools across the country for a surprise visit from the colourful mascot and find out a bit more about the games.
Headteacher, Rosalind Fitter, said: “We have been learning about the games in school and we have talked about how exciting it would be to meet Perry at a sporting event.
“I am so thrilled that every child in school has had that special opportunity – we have had so much fun warming up with Perry.
“Thank you to Perry and everyone who made this possible from the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022′.
