JUST turn up and ride – that’s the invitation from Knowle and Dorridge Lions for this Sunday’s (July 8) Heart of England Bike Ride.
With hundreds of fundraisers already entered online registration has now closed and the Lions hope many more will bring their bikes along to Packwood House on the day, pay their entry fee and hopefully make a charitable donation for Headway and Breast Cancer Haven in Solihull.
There will be a choice of 12, 18, 30 and 50-mile signposted circular routes.
Lion organiser, Paul Wheatley, said: “All routes will be sign-posted and finish back at the Packwood House start where everyone may enjoy something from the Lions Bar-B-Que and a free visit to the House and Gardens.
“Club teams are very welcome.”
