Frances Perks is one of Paterson’s most operated on victims – she had eight breast operations and a mastectomy, but later learnt they were unnecessary.
Speaking after his guilty verdict and ahead of his sentencing she said: “I want to see that man suffer. I want him to feel pain and everything that I’ve felt and gone through over the last four years.”
“They should send him down and throw away the key and let him just rot in hell.”
