BENTLEY Heath Community Centre was filled with the sweet smell of orchids as the Solihull and District Orchid Society hosted its annual show.
Enthusiasts from the society and neighbouring organisations came together in the borough for the first time since 2019 to pass on their passion and knowledge of orchids to interested visitors.
Visitors were treated to a display of some of the finest orchids for miles, lovingly tended by orchid growers from across the region who were vying for the various prizes and titles on offer.
There were displays from two visiting orchid societies and two orchid nurseries.
