A NEW competitive gaming venue, Spinners, has opened at Touchwood Solihull, offering fun and games for the whole family to enjoy.
The new addition to the centre invites some healthy competition with friends and family through a wide range of unique games in the Instagram-worthy setting.
The games range from Electric Clay Shooting – bringing the countryside pursuit indoors – to Duckpin Bowling, with its reduced lane length and smaller pins and ball, as well as crazy golf and electric darts.
The venue, next to Cineworld on Upper Jubilee Walk, will welcome under-18s before 6pm while evenings will be adults only.
Amy Trott, head of operations at Spinners UK, said: “Solihull has a vibrant hospitality scene and we’re looking forward to being a part of it by bringing the Spinners concept to Touchwood.
“As our third location in the UK, we have pulled out all the stops for Solihull, which will feature our widest variety of games yet.
“My personal favourite is the clay shooting, but who doesn’t love a bit of crazy golf!”
Tony Elvin, general manager at Touchwood, said: “We are delighted to welcome Spinners UK to Touchwood, bringing a new, fresh and exciting leisure destination to the heart of Solihull.
“Throughout my time at Touchwood, we have been working hard to bring the right competitive socialising venue to the centre and I am so pleased we have been able to do just that with Spinners.
“As a local, I know how much of a demand there is for such a concept.
“The guest experience is more important now than ever to destinations like ours and this new addition helps us cement Touchwood’s position as a go-to location for friends, family and businesses alike.
“Spinners has seen tremendous success with its first two openings, and we look forward to helping continue that success here in Solihull.”
Spinners already has sites in Plymouth and Reading.
