THE NEC top boss has been been to Buckingham Palace to collect his CBE.
Paul Thandi, chief executive at the NEC Group, was been appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire for his services to the economy through his successful 14-year leadership of the NEC Group in the 2020 New Year’s Honours List.
Having had their ceremonies postponed numerous times due to Covid, Paul joined an elite roster of awardees on the day who were presented with their medals by Prince William, The Duke of Cambridge.
