THE MONEY keeps on rolling in for the Marie Curie Hospice in Solihull following another successful annual golf event.
Now in its seventh year the Clarke Memorial Golf Day is held in memory of Robert Clarke and his two sons Mickie and Vinnie Clarke who were all cared for by the hospice in their final days.
This year’s event saw more than 30 fundraising golfers taking part in the charity day.
Mark Clarke said: “The event was sponsored WPF Optical Services and I would like to thank Billy who very kindly donated funds on the day.
“The day was a great success on a lovely warm day and we even managed to find some Bandits along the way.
“The event will be held again at Widney Manor next year to continue this enjoyable day and keep our memories alive.”
