THERE were cries of joys last week as an ice cream van pulled up at Kingswood School.
A special end of term treat provided by the Shirley school’s parent teacher association, it arrived just in time for morning break.
The children then went and chose what they wanted as did the staff.
The day was also significant for the ‘Class of 2021’ leavers on their last day at primary school before moving up to secondary school next term.
