A MERIDEN restaurant celebrated a momentous occasion last week having reached its fifth birthday.
On the day, guests at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, enjoyed a meal and live music in the restaurant grounds.
Luis Diaz, general manager said: “There was a terrific atmosphere and guests and staff alike got into the party spirit.
“Guests were also able to celebrate by enjoying dishes from our new summer menu and complemented perfectly the vibrant atmosphere in the restaurant.
“We’re now looking forward to the next five years and can’t wait to welcome old friends and new diners to this fabulous restaurant.”
Dishes on the new menu includes Michel Bourdin’s Kipper Pâté, Mr White’s Gaspacho with Andalucian garnish, Crab cakes with Ravigote sauce, Gammon Steak “Marco Polo”, a Long Clawson Blue Stilton and Poached Pear salad and of cure a Great British Summer Pudding with summer fruits, fruit coulis and crème Chantilly.
There are also a range of dishes that uses a new plant-based ‘meat’.
