A MAN has appeared in court with robbery after a woman was allegedly attacked in Solihull.
The 64-year-old was at her home in Olton around 11pm on March 7 when she opened the door to let her dogs out in the garden and saw a man standing there.
Lee Roberts was charged with robbery and appeared before Coventry Magistrates Court on April 14 where he was sent for a hearing at Warwick Crown Court in May.
DC Dave Ballard from the priority crime team, said: “This was a terrifying ordeal for the victim who was left understandably scared and shaken by the incident.
“If you suspect suspicious behaviour or something doesn’t feel right, we would always urge you to get in touch.”
