A WOMAN has been arrested after a man was hit by a car and stabbed in Sheldon.
The incident took place in Comberton Road just before 11.30am yesterday (July 4).
An update from West Midlands Police says: “A 29-year-old woman from Birmingham has been arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in police custody.”
A West Midlands Police spokesperson yesterday said: “Police have been called to reports a man was hit by a car and stabbed in Comberton Road.
“A man in his 30s has been taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.
