A MAN has been arrested and a large amount of cannabis has been seized.
Officers from Solihull Response team were patrolling Blossomfield Road at around midnight when they spotted two vehicles, a car and a van, driving at speed.
West Midlands Police said the two vehicles failed to stop for officers before the van was found abandoned.
Upon searching the van, officers found a one tonne bulk bag full of cannabis.
A 37-year-old man was then located nearby and arrested on suspicion of possession of Class B drugs with intent to supply.
