A SOLIHULL tenant is celebrating after winning a month’s free rent from a national company.
The prize was picked up by Smithswood resident Rachel Graham, a tenant of Ferndown Estates, based in North Solihull,
Rachel was entered in a competition run by Vaboo, a tenant reward platform for letting agents, which offers discount codes and services that could save thousands of pounds.
“Having the opportunity to enter prize draws and win a month’s rent is really amazing,” said Rachel.
“I never thought that I would actually win my rent and it’s very overwhelming in a good way.
“Not many letting agents have these perks and that’s what makes them outstanding.
“The staff are lovely, and very helpful and I’ve had a few problems in regards to money and they’ve been very understanding in my hard times and winning a month’s rent has helped me out so much.”
