LOOK: CCTV appeal after knifepoint robbery in Solihull

A KNIFEPOINT robbery in Solihull has prompted an appeal while police have released images.

A Solihull Police spokesperson said: “Do you recognise this man?

“We want to speak to him in connection with a robbery on a man at a cashpoint at Nationwide Building Society on Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull.

“At around 12.45am on Monday (April 1), the suspect approached the man and threatened him with a knife before snatching his bank card and running off.




“The card has since been used in three petrol stations within Solihull.

“The suspect is described as being in his late 30s, 6 foot 1 inches tall, medium build with short brown hair and a scar on his cheek.
