SILHILLIANS are being called on to limber up and take part in a family sports day on Sunday (September 21).
There will be team fitness challenges, squash and tennis competitions at Arden Club on Sharmans Cross Road to raise funds for the Blood Fridge Friends Group.
For those who are less sporty there will be a stalls, live music and games to take part in from 10am until 8pm.
Entry is free and there will be a charge to enter the sports competitions.
All proceeds will be used to provide vital life saving equipment for a new cancer ward at Heartlands Hospital.
