A KNOWLE estate agents has been shortlisted for a national award.
Esther Broomhall and Partners has made it to the final round of the New Agency of the Year category of the The Negotiator’s annual awards.
Esther Broomhall launched the business just as the housing market reopened after the first national lockdown with former colleague Lucy Cullen.
So far the duo have sold 54 homes across Solihull, Warwickshire and one in London and have worked with six regional and national housebuilders to sell new homes.
Esther said: “Since we launched in 2020 during the pandemic, we have been on an amazing journey.
“We had a fantastic first year and the business is continuing to grow at quite a fast pace, so we are on track to reaching or smashing all our annual targets for our second.
“We have our fingers crossed for an award win, although we are up against some phenomenal agencies.”
The winners of the Negotiator Awards will be announced at a gala dinner in London next month (November).
The Negotiator Awards are judged by a panel of 21 industry leaders and residential property experts and this year the focus is on how well companies have coped with the pandemic.
