Solihull Editorial 20th Dec, 2022   0

A KNOWLE estate agents have moved to bigger premises, after being shortlisted for several business awards.

To mark the new larger offices, which are at 124 Station Road, Esther Broomhall & Partners (EB&P) held an event for developers, friends of the company and clients to showcase the new office and say thank you for their continuous support.

EB&P opened in June 2020 and is going from strength-to-strength with further expansion across Warwickshire.

The company has recently been shortlisted for four local business awards including the Solihull Chamber Awards and won the Start Up Company of the Year Award at the Business Desk’s West Midlands Business Awards.

Esther said: “To be moving into new offices, already in our short journey is amazing and it was great to be able to host an event at our new offices to say thank you for the support.

“Our business model is working, we have a fantastic client base across Warwickshire, and we are growing rapidly so we need new offices to cater for the demand.”

Esther Broomhall set up her business, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, with experienced property professional and former colleague, Lucy Cullen.

The successful duo cover locations across Warwickshire, providing a bespoke high-level service to buyers and sellers, including land appraisal and new home sales for builders and developers.

Esther added: “Due to our continuous growth, we are planning ahead as we will be expanding our team in the not-so-distant future.

“We are working with more housebuilders and consumers, representing all of the market and expanding across the county.

“The market is changing with the stamp duty being changed, mortgage rates rising but we are seeing more people looking to find new homes and move up and down the property ladder, so if anyone wants to have a chat about their situation, please get in touch or come and visit us at our new offices.”

Esther and Lucy manage a portfolio of homes across Warwickshire, sponsor Rowington Cricket Club and have recently been involved with Planting our Future run by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
