PUPILS at Kingswood School were bursting with excitement as they performed their Christmas Nativity story.
The children brought to life at St James the Great Church in Shirley the miracle of the birth of Jesus and Mary – aided by sparkling costumes,
This year children in key stage one (infants) performed The Nativity with a twist called Whoops A Daisy Angel, A Clumsy Angel.
The children sang Whoops a daisy Angel, First Christmas Day and I have to fly to Bethlehem.
Headmaster Rob Luckham said: “The parents were charmed by the performance of key stage one, especially the performance of Millie as Whoops a daisy Angel.
“It is important for children to understand the story behind the Christmas we have today.”
