Kingswood School stars take to the stage to perform nativity

Solihull Editorial 20th Dec, 2018   0

PUPILS at Kingswood School were bursting with excitement as they performed their Christmas Nativity story.

The children brought to life, aided by sparkling costumes, the miracle of the birth of Jesus and Mary, and Joseph’s plight to find somewhere safe in Bethlehem.

This year children in key stage one (infants) performed The Nativity followed by a show called Born in a Barn which tells the excitement of the animals when they realise there’s a baby in the barn.

The children sang Rudolf the red nose reindeer, Mary had a baby in her tum, tum, tum, This little light of mine and I know a man in a bright red coat.

Headmaster Rob Luckham said: “It is always heart-warming, at this time of year, to see the younger children of our school put so much energy and confidence into their performance.

“A thoroughly enjoyable occasion for grown-ups and children alike.”
