Jingle Jog returns to Solihull to spread Christmas cheer

Solihull Editorial 14th Nov, 2021   0

FESTIVE runners are being called to get into the Christmas spirit and raise funds for the homeless.

Solihull BID is hosting a 2.5km Jingle Jog around Solihull on December 12.

The course will see hundred, dressed in their finest Father Christmas outfits, run, dance and jingle their way through Solihull town centre.

Registration is open for both adults and children.

Entrants will receive their own Santa suit and they’ll also pick up a Santa medal and Solihull BID Christmas tote bag filled with discounts for town centre venues when they cross the finish line.

Alongside having plenty of fun, the entrance fee will be helping to raise vital funds for the Change Into Action charity, which supports rough sleepers and homeless people at risk of sleeping rough in Solihull.

Over £2,000 was collected through the Jingle Bell Jog in 2019.

Registrations cost £12 for adults and £8 for children under 12, plus booking fees.
