A SOLIHULL insurance broker wants to ‘share the love’ this Valentine’s Day and is calling on Silhillians for a helping hand.
Howden wants to help families at Solihull and Birmingham Women’s Aid and are collecting pre-loved toys and clothes.
Collette Eccleston, senior insurance consultant at Howden Solihull said: “We’re really proud to support local organisations that make a huge difference to our community and help bring a little joy to those who need it most.
“If you have any good quality, pre-loved children’s items please consider dropping them off in branch and we will do the rest. It’s perfect timing if you’re having a post-Christmas clear out, and want to show your community some love this Valentine’s Day.”
Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid has provided frontline domestic violence and abuse support services to women and children for over 40 years, including emergency refuge accommodation, practical housing and legal support, and raising awareness about how to help someone in need.
Donations can be dropped off to the Howden Solihull branch on Poplar Road by February 14 or for more call 01217 111 711.
