HUNDREDS put their best foot, and paw, forward at the annual Knowle and Dorridge Festive Walk.
More than 800 Silhillians – and their dogs – descended upon Dorridge Village Hall to begin their three or six mile walks around the surrounding countryside using country lanes and public footpaths.
The weather held and apart from a little light rain, the conditions were perfect for a countryside walk.
Organisers said: “It was a lovely day out for many local families and we managed to capture some fabulous pictures.
“We would like to thank Dorridge Village Hall for providing their facilities and we would also like to thank Garrison Coffee Company and Dorridge Cricket Club for providing refreshments.
“Congratulations to Lily and Sophia for winning the Festive Safari first prize.”
